Refund policy

At Glo, we design swimwear to fit and perform with precision. For hygiene and quality reasons, we’ve created a return and exchange process that ensures fairness for both our customers and our team.


Try-On at Delivery


To make your experience seamless, we offer a try-on option upon delivery.

  • You can open and try your order while the courier is waiting 

    If the item isn’t suitable, you can return it immediately with the courier and only the shipping fee will apply.

    Once the order is accepted and the courier leaves, returns or exchanges are no longer available due to hygiene standards.

If the item is not suitable, simply hand it back to the courier at the same time.

After Delivery

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges once the courier has left, to ensure hygiene standards and product integrity.

We strongly recommend using the try-on at delivery option before accepting your order.

Important Notes

  • Swimwear is considered a sensitive garment, and we maintain strict hygiene standards

  • Orders that are accepted and signed for are considered final

  • If you paid online, your refund will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
