You can exchange your order within 24 hours from the delivery day by making a new order through our website and putting in the notes field “exchange order”. 

Our refund policy:

Returns are made through store credit where you receive your money in a promo code, you will see the store credit code added automatically to checkout when you place another order. (valid for 5 years)

 

Sale period policy:

All items purchased during our clearance sale are final sale. We do not accept refunds or exchanges on any clearance items.
